Narrative

The briefing's summary: what changed in the last 24 hours, in a few sentences built from measured items.

How it is written

The items come first and are computed from your runs: each states a change, its comparison and its run count. The summary above them is written from those items by a language model; every number in it comes from an item.

Each AI-written summary uses one AI briefing from your plan. When none are left, or the model cannot be reached, Lanternfish shows a plain summary built directly from the same items.

Tone

Result first, then the reason, then the next step. Calm unless something is critical. When there is no data, it says so instead of guessing.
