Does Lanternfish charge per user?
No. Pro and Team include unlimited members and cost the same whatever the size of your team. Free includes 2 members.
What happens when I hit a limit?
On Free, recording pauses at 5K runs until the next period. On Pro and Team, runs above the plan are billed in blocks of 10K runs on your next invoice ($4 per 10K runs above the plan on Pro), up to a spend cap you set in Billing. Recording pauses only if the cap is reached. The workspace owner gets an email at 80% and 100% of the included runs, and the same message goes to your Slack or webhook channels.
Why are AI actions not unlimited?
Hosted model calls have a real variable cost. Each plan includes a fixed number of AI briefings per month. This keeps the price understandable instead of hiding a fair-use policy behind the word unlimited.
How does paid checkout work?
Create your organization first, then choose Pro or Team in Billing. Paddle handles payment, tax, invoices and payment methods. Switching between Pro and Team later is prorated; you never pay for two subscriptions.
